What we collect
When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, company, role, relocation information and message. We also record referral and campaign information where available.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the waitlist, respond to enquiries, plan the New York launch, and send relevant updates about Just Landed Club and its events. You can ask us to stop marketing emails at any time.
Who helps us process it
We use service providers to host the website, process form submissions and deliver email. They may process information on our behalf only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain waitlist and enquiry information only for as long as it is useful for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. We limit access to people who need it and use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and may opt out of marketing communications, by emailing hello@justlanded.club. We may update this notice as the service develops; the effective date above will change when we do.
